soft pillowsloud air conditioning
The pillows were too SOFT. i prefer something firmer, and i woke up with a bit of a neck ache each morning. also, the air conditioning was LOUD. It made it hard to sleep soundly. I wish there were controls for fan speed or a quieter mode because the constant humming was distracting. i considered asking for a different room but i did not want to Pack up my belongings. it was a frustrating experience.

strijk faciliteitendeep scratchesdusty hotel
the hotel provided strijk faciliteiten, i found this acceptable.
i found visible repairs needing attention, especially caulking in the bathroom. there were also deep scratches on the floors, i found this unacceptable. furthermore, the entire hotel was dusty, including the front desk. this level of cleanliness i observed is concerning.
